Hey Everyone! Thanks for following my 6 week Nutrition Journey. 

My personal goal is to lose weight. I weighed in this morning at 228 lbs. I'm setting a goal of 212 lbs by Feb 22nd, 2021. 

Each day, I plan on intermittent fasting (16:8), breaking my fast at 12:00 noon with oatmeal (made the night before), a light lunch around 3:00pm and a Balanced Chef meal for dinner around 7:30 pm. 

I plan on:

  • Drinking 12-16 cups water daily
  • 20-30 minutes of cardio (Peloton) 5 days each week
  • Setting a morning and nighttime routine
  • Reading more
  • Eating the foods I enjoy (Pizza, Cookies, Ice Cream) in MODERATION
  • Journaling Each Day
  • Being on my phone less
