Current Progress: Down 4.8 lbs. in 12 days

Update:

Well I'm up a 1/2 lb since Wednesday morning. Not bothered by this at all. I've been eating super clean, fasting, drinking water and getting good sleep.

I've been lacking in the exercise department which I really don't have an excuse for. Going into the weekend I will step this up. Literally STEP it up and walk more. 

Same game plan as last weekend. 

  • 80/20 rule with eating
  • Fasting
  • Lots of Water
  • More steps each day (aiming for 12,000 each day)
  • Good sleep 

Here's to the weekend and I look forward to weigh in on Monday morning.
