Update:
Well I'm up a 1/2 lb since Wednesday morning. Not bothered by this at all. I've been eating super clean, fasting, drinking water and getting good sleep.
I've been lacking in the exercise department which I really don't have an excuse for. Going into the weekend I will step this up. Literally STEP it up and walk more.
Same game plan as last weekend.
Here's to the weekend and I look forward to weigh in on Monday morning.
