Day 3 of 42

I weighed in at 224 lbs this morning.

That's 4 lbs lost in two days

This IS NOT a 4 lb drop in JUST BODY FAT  

The 4# drop is most likely a combination of body fat, water, and muscle.

Typically when you start eating better you lose weight quickly. As your body gets closer to its ideal weight, weight loss slows down. Don't get discouraged. Stay focused. Trust the process

I know this is only entering the 3rd day but I've been:

  • Drinking more water
  • Riding my peloton (20 mins each day)
  • Getting to bed earlier
  • Waking up earlier
  • Making better food choices
  • Balanced Chef for Dinner
  • Intermittent Fasting

One day at a time. Brick by Brick.
