I missed yesterdays blog post. The number I recorded on the scale was from yesterday morning.
I did drop 1.1# which is good.
I plan on making a chart at the end of this showing how my weight has fluctuated but continued to go down.
For the most part I have stuck to my plan.
Hopefully Monday mornings weigh in is a good one. I am hoping the scale says 214 lbs. If this is the case, I will have to lose 2 lbs. in the final week. I will weigh in tomorrow morning and post shortly after.
