Left to Lose: 5.6 in 10 Days
I lost .2 lbs since Wednesdays weigh in.
I now have TEN DAYS to LOSE 5.6 LBS.
As our bodies get closer to our ideal body weight, the weight we are trying to lose comes off much slower. I have to lose an average of .5 lbs. per day to reach my goal. I CAN ALMOST GUARENTEE I WILL HIT THIS GOAL. IT WILL BE A CHALLENGE.
With that being said it's time to really zone in.
My strategy for the next 10 days is to be very strict. I don't recommend this strategy long term because it's not sustainable. However in the short term for me to hit my goal, it's necessary.
So, for the next TEN DAYS the only thing I will change besides being more strict with my nutrition is TWO CARDIO WORKOUTS PER DAY. Just for the sake of hitting this 45 day goal. After that, I'm back on what I have been doing for the past 32 Days. THAT IS SUSTAINABLE FOR ME.
I've been feeling and sleeping great. I love how I feel. I'm very excited to continue this journey well past this challenge.
