So wowzerz. I'm down another 3.4 #
I hit crushed my goal with a few days to spare. I'm pretty surprised by this number. I have been very strict so I shouldn't be that surprised. I've increased my fasting period to 20 hours each day.
I'm honestly in the zone. I am not hungry at all. Even when its time to break my fast, I'm not starving. I also fill up very quickly. I'm making myself eat.
I have noticed right after I ride my Peloton, I am not hungry at all. This is typically when I break my fast. I can be sort of hungry prior to this but after I ride, I'm no longer hungry. There has to be some correlation between cardio and hunger. I'm going to look into this.
I'm going to finish this week strong. My goal is to maintain this number. I'm still sticking to my plan. I feel great!
