I'm down another .3 lbs. Nothing has changed.
I'm in a really good mood because this whole journey has been fairly simple. Nothing I have done to lose this weight was challenging with the exception of longer times of intermittent fasting. Fasting is very easy for me however for some people it isn't. I believe its more of a mental struggle. Once you train your mind, your body will follow.
I'm saying this because I have found intermittent fasting to be the best eating trend out there if you do it correctly. I know many people in the health industry who would agree.
Keto, Paleo, Zone, Macro Counting, etc......
These diets take extreme amounts of focus. Do they work? Absolutely they do. Are they sustainable long term? Statistically they are not. For some they are.
What works for you? Were all different.
I'll go into the weekend very focused. I need to keep the scale at 212 or below for the sake of this challenge.
I'm down 18.9 lbs. in just under 6 weeks. I'm very very proud of this number considering I never step foot into a gym. Just rode the peloton and tracked my steps (in terms of exercise).
