Still sticking to my plan. I'm down .5 lbs since last weigh in and I'm feeling great.
Eat Better = Feel Better
The weekends are difficult for me in terms of "sticking to my diet" but I have a plan. I'm going to fast a few hours longer on Sat & Sun.
When I break my fast I'll have a slightly larger portion of oatmeal. If my body tells me I'm full before I finish my oatmeal, I'm going to listen to it.
I don't plan on eating super clean this weekend. Eating super clean isn't sustainable long term. I will have foods that aren't so great for me. I also plan on drinking some wine. The food & wine will be in MODERATION. This is realistic for me.
Last part of my plan is the 80/20 rule.
80% Clean Diet and 20% Not so Clean Diet.
