For the most part, I stuck to my plan. When I weighed in this morning I was 1.9 lbs heavier then Fridays weigh in. I wasn't shocked or discouraged when I saw this. I know I've been sticking to my plan and every weigh in will not be a loss in weight.
I've been drinking a lot of water. 1 gallon of water weighs 8 lbs. If I chug a gallon of water the scale will show I'm 8 lbs heavier. This is why we cant get fixated on what the scale says.
Moral of the story:
I DID NOT gain 1.9 lbs of body fat. Most likely its water weight.
