Hey Everyone,

Happy March 1st! I had great success with the last challenge and this time I would like to take it a step further. Last week, I told myself I'm going to do another challenge but not really push myself too hard. After a few days of contemplating that decision, I decided to scrap it. I'm all in.

I weighed in this morning and I was 214.1 lbs. This number didn't surprise me too much and I was glad I saw it. It motivated me to take more action. Upon completion of my last 6-week challenge, I was down to 210.9 lbs. There was actually one time in the last challenge I got down to 208 lbs. I am determined to hit this number again and actually surpass it. I'm also going to do this in a shorter amount of time as well.

Today just happens to be March 1st so what better way to attack the month then with a monthly challenge. My goal is to hit 200 lbs. by April 5th (the first Monday in April).

To do this I need to stay ultra focused so I am committed too:

  • No Alcohol
  • Cardio 
  • Lots of Burpees
  • Weight Training
  • Fasting
  • Lots of Water
  • Lots of Sleep
  • Balanced Chef Meals

The only difference between this new challenge and last challenge (besides the duration) will be no alcohol, extended fasts, lots of burpees and weight training.

I'm setting the bar really high here but that's ok. It will just push me that much harder. I need to lose 14.1 lbs. in 5 weeks. This will be very tough but achievable. I'm focused. I'll update this blog a few times each week. I'm going to post a before/after picture. I'll post the before picture on the next Blog update.
