Frequently Asked Questions

Upon delivery, meals will have at minimum a 7-day shelf Life. All meals must be kept refrigerated. We ship our meals Fresh (unless ordering from out of state). You, as the customer have the option to freeze the meals for an extended shelf life.

Orders must be placed on Monday 11:59 pm for a Friday Delivery.

We have multiple pick-up locations throughout the area. Simply place your order, choose your pickup location, and meals will be delivered to those locations. Location pickup times are subject to each locations business hours.

We ship via FedEx 2-Day shipping. Most meals are delivered next day in New York State. Occasionally it may take 2 days. You DO NOT need to be home to accept delivery however meals should be refrigerated as soon as possible. Our delivery boxes will keep the meals cold for 36 hours after FedEx Pickup.

Meals can be reheated in the microwave. Simply pierce the film and heat for 3 Minutes. You can also reheat in the oven, but our meal trays ARE NOT oven friendly. Simply remove the food from the tray and place on an oven friendly dish/pan.

The majority of our meals are Gluten Free. We have identified the Gluten Free choices on our website. We do cook in a kitchen where the risk of allergen exposure is there.

Many of our customers ask, “Will I lose weight eating your meals?” A combination of proper nutrition, good hydration, adequate sleep and daily exercise is a recipe for success. Our meals will assist in losing weight however the rest is up to you, if you’re looking.

We have multiple options for catering. Most of our caterings come from our storefront menu with wraps & salads. We can also accommodate other selections that aren’t on our menu. Call us for further details! 315-356-7129

Store hours are Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm. We will be open on Saturdays soon.

We have two types of Gift Cards

Online Gift Cards:

Gift Cards purchased on our website are to be used online. After purchase, you will be emailed a code to use at checkout. If you have an online Gift Card from our old website, simply give us a call with the gift card code and we gladly email you a new one.

Storefront Gift Cards:

Storefront Gift Cards can only be used in-store.
