Yes, we do. Choose “Shipping” during check out. All orders outside of the Utica/New Hartford area are sent via Fed-Ex and shipping costs are estimated through Fed-Ex rates.

Our meals do not contain any preservatives and will stay fresh under refrigeration for 7-10 days, depending on the meal. All meals are dated for your convenience.
Yes! Our meals can be frozen to extend shelf life. Frozen meals should be eaten within 3-4 weeks, but since our meals are meant to be consumed within the use date, quality and taste may vary over time if frozen.
Each meal comes with reheat instructions. Peel back or pierce the film, and follow the reheat instructions. The typical reheat time is 1:30-2:00 in the microwave. Some are also served cold.
