Our meals are fully cooked and ready to eat! To eat, simply vent the lid & microwave for 3 minutes!

Our meals are delivered fresh. They must be kept under refrigeration. They have up to a 10 day shelf life after delivery. You have the option to freeze the meals for a longer shelf life. If freezing, we recommend defrosting under refrigeration.

The meal trays are Microwave Friendly, BPA Free & Recyclable.
