This package is best for those really looking for nutrition guidance, minimal meal prep and best for establishing healthy habits and weight loss goals of 5-10 lbs. A 3-month commitment is recommended but not required.

Virtual Initial nutrition consult:

This initial nutrition consultation session allows our dietitian to understand your pressing wellness goals and provide answers to your most burning nutrition questions and get you started on a more vibrant life.  

During this 45 minute initial consultation we will discuss:

  • Current state of well-being
  • Motivations
  • Relationships with food, health, and fitness
  • Methods to maintain a healthy lifestyle on your own

One Nutritional Follow-Up Session:

This session allows me to provide on-going support and guidance for your changing and progressing goals. We will discuss:

  • Current state of well-being
  • Motivations
  • Progress
  • Barriers

This is for people who: 

  • Want a quick answer or platform to start from. 
  • Have a general wellness concern or are unsure of their issue, know they need a change.
  • Suffer confusion from conflicting nutrition/health advice.
  • Want recommendations on how to proceed to reach success. 

What you get for your investment: 

  • 45 minute chat with a Registered Dietitian
  • One nutritional follow-up session
  • List of dietary and/or lifestyle strategies and recommendations to walk away with
  • Answers to your questions.

*Each subscription requires at least a month (4 week) commitment. Your credit card will be charged for a month subscription until you decided to cancel. All nutrition consults and follow ups need to be used within the month of subscription purchased and cannot roll into future months.
